It is visible on the left-side menu of a Campaign if:
The coupon table displays the information of all the coupons created in this Campaign, 50 at a time on the same page. The codes created most recently appear at the top.
Each row corresponds to an individual coupon, and it contains the following columns:
The name of the coupon, including the custom prefix, suffix, and segmentation elements, if they exist.
The number of times a code has been successfully redeemed out of the total redemption limit. If you do not set a redemption limit, it shows the number of redemptions out of infinity.
The date of creation of the code.
- Valid from
The date from which the code can be used. It appears empty if no start date was set during the coupon creation process.
- Valid until
The expiration date of the code. It appears empty if no date is set. It appears empty if no expiry date was set during the coupon creation process.
- Customer ID
The Recipient Integration ID associated with the code. This information is only available for codes created for a specific customer. If the code was not created for a specific customer, this element shows the message No profile.
- Batch ID
The identifier of the batch the code belongs to. Each code creation process provides you with a unique Batch ID. You can use the Batch ID in the following ways:
- Exporting a group of codes.
- Filtering for codes created at a specific time.
- Editing all the coupons in the batch at the same time.
The Coupon Attributes defined in your account together with the values added during the coupon creation process. Attributes are used for custom logic inside your rules and allow you to create more advanced coupon Campaigns.
If you do not see any coupons, start by creating some.
